Join us for the 2016 IFCBA World Conference

Join us for the 2016 IFCBA World Conference, “Facilitating Trade through the Customs-Business Connection” from May 17 – 21! This event promises to be of exceptional value to participants as it focuses on the implications of the latest border facilitation and security initiatives, and will provide opportunities for those seeking to expand their business networks, particularly relating to trade with China. Here are some exciting highlights:

  • Each day of the conference will feature presentations by subject matter experts. Of note is Brian Staples of Canada, an international trade expert and Founding Director of The Origin Institute who will share his highly specialized knowledge of origin rules and practices
  • And then of course, there are the importer representatives like James Lockett of Huawei Technologies and Trini Peng of L Brands who will bring their perspectives on how today’s economy and the changing rules of trade are impacting their businesses, creating challenges and opportunities for their own companies and for their service providers.

A healthy mix of business and pleasure is always found at IFCBA conferences and this year is no exception.  International delegates will be invited to a special banquet dinner hosted by the CCCB on May 17th.
