IFCBA Secretary Carol West spoke earlier this week at the World Customs Organization’s African Continental Conference on the Harmonized System. Asked to speak about “The Private Sector as an indispensable partner in the implementation and application of the HS”, she focused on “The Importance and Role of Customs Brokers”. All speakers were limited to 10 minutes.
