The meeting of the WCO’s Private Sector Consultative Group was held on July 3-4 in Brussels, followed by a joint meeting with the WCO Policy Commission. The IFCBA delegation was composed of Carol West, IFCBA Secretary; Jaime King, IFCBA Past Chair and Mary Jo Muoio, IFCBA representative from the United States NCBFAA.
The IFCBA is delighted to have been invited to continue its PSCG membership in the coming year, when the agenda will include subjects of critical interest such as customs broker regulation and e-commerce. We look forward to the opportunity to review these issues in detail at the IFCBA meeting in Bangkok in August.
