WCO Secretary General Kunio Mikuriya welcomed officials attending the 2012/2013 WCO Career Development Programme on 14 September 2012, expressing the expectation that they would gain a great deal of knowledge, skills and international work experience during their time at the Secretariat, whilst expanding the Customs network.
