US, EU & Japan request DSB meeting to discuss panel request on China's rare earths policy

On 27 June 2012, the United States, the European Union and Japan requested a special meeting of the Dispute Settlement Body (DSB) to be held on 10 July 2012 to consider their requests for panels to examine China’s exports measures on rare earths (DS431, DS432 & DS433).
